NASA awards financial services contract

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration selected the Powertek Corp. to provide financial services at the Ames Research Center.

The Fairfax, Va., company will provide financial management services at the Moffett Field, Calif., center for five years. The contract is valued at $25 million.

Powertek will also provide program analysis and control, including cost estimating, earned value management and scheduling and services related to financial systems implementation, such as data conversion, testing and training, NASA said.
